Department Functions:
- Maintain the 3 County Parks in a safe and sanitary condition
(Missaukee Lake, Crooked Lake, Ben D. Jeffs)
- Control and monitor all funds and spending
- Answer and resolve Park related situations as needed
- Create and monitor all reservations
- Advise the Park Commission
- Monitor and enforce the Park Regulations

Missaukee Lake Park
Located on beautiful Lake Missaukee
- Over 1000 ft of sandy beach with excellent swimming
- Wooden boardwalk along beach
- 3 pavilions for group events
- 3 picnic areas with grills
- Softball/baseball fields
- 96 campsites with full hookup
- 21 campsites with electricity
- 2 rustic cabins available
- Modern restrooms w/showers
- Lagoon with paved boat ramp and 70 boat slip rentals
- Sanitation station
- Shops, laundry, and restaurants within walking distance
- Vehicle permits are required

Crooked Lake Park
Located on south side of Crooked Lake
- Over 600 ft of sandy beach with very good swimming
- Covered pavilion for events
- Picnic area
- 35 campsites with electricity
- 17 rustic campsites
- Sanitation station with well water
- 2 hand pump water wells in Park
- Paved boat launch ramp
- Vault-style toilets
- Over 60 acres of Park to enjoy with marked hiking trails
- First come, first served basis

Ben D. Jeffs River Park
Located on M-55 at the Muskegon River
- Covered pavilion
- 17 rustic campsites
- Artesian water well approved for drinking
- Picnic area
- Canoe launch ramp
- Vault-style toilets
- Over 66 wooded acres along the Muskegon River
- First come, first served basis
